Last month the University of Bologna, one of the world’s oldest seats of higher education (indeed Dante was one of its illustrious alumni) continued to move with the times with its post-graduate management course “Risk Management –The Role of Management in Aeronautical Organisations”. The short course leading to an examination, and if successful a Diploma, is aimed at recent Masters Degree graduates and is intended to provide a link between the academic and operational worlds.
